Info on Icon motorhead jacket?

Looking at buying an Icon Motorhead jacket. Wondering what some opinions were on it if anyone has one or has had one. How does it do in our warmer months? Seen the liner is removable and has alot of zippers to open up for airflow. Thanks for any info!

Not a problem, sold it for 250$ to a member on here.

This is the original for sale thread,
http://www.motohouston.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=177824

I bought it from a member on here - Traded him my 707 lid (80$) + about 225$ So give or take 300$. The jacket was in brand new condition and the guy hadn't even really worn it at all.

Had one also sold it to a member on here. I think it was for $200? Not a summer jacket for sure. With the liner and some clothes under you could ride into the 30s. The only perforations are on the sleeve not on the chest. The chest and back do have the zippered vents but closed its warm. Without the liner as long as you stay moving you'd be ok in the summer but anything more than 70s and you'd sweat. Great jacket though!

Any jacket in the summer is going to be hot, this is Texas. I wont lie I squid it up in the summer and wear no jacket to work(less than 5 miles) and to run around town. It gets HOT! I'll wear one on rides and if I'm on the highway alot. Hopefully this will suffice without being too hot.

So now as I've been looking at jacket I discovered the Icon Accelerant. I'm liking the style of it and leaning towards it now. IDK I'm indecisive.

So I got the motorhead jacket. Any tips on conditioning the leather? Can I use the same stuff I put on leather boots or does anyone recommend something?

Academy won't have it. It's gonna b small retailers and maybe saddle shops. Sad part is its made about 5 mins away and I'm not sure who even sells it here. Most of the car dealerships here seem to sell it. But if you google it you'll see what I mean.

Lol, to be honest - I cleaned my jacket with Meguiar's Leather cleaner and conditioner (for autos) and it worked great.

Josh is that you that I met, had the ZX636 for sale the other day?
