not to mention, why run from the cops especially when you have a passenger...to me thats a little selfish...and as for her she should have been aware of his DUI past and also him having a warrant out for his arrest...It was his decision to run and her decision earlier in the day to get on the back of a bike with someone with a warrant out for his arrest and no regards for anyones saftey. No pity for either of them....

If you are over 18yrs old, you are legally responsible for your own decisions and actions. Nobody pointed a gun to her head to get on the bike. I have a daughter too, so I know what her father must feel like losing his lil' girl. However, if it were mine, I would blame myself for not educating my child to make the right choices in life.

Everybody has a choice. At that moment of her demise, she could've been in a library studying to become a lawyer/doctor/engineer. But... she chose to be on the back of a bike driven by a lowlife with an active DWI warrant.

She chose... poorly.

This country will be a better one, if we each take responsibility for our own decisions and actions. And quit blaming others for not keeping us from suffering our own misteps.

This argument is pretty stupid. Do you ask a girls criminal record before you go out with her or medical record before you sleep with her?
