On an aside, is too early to ask to buy the exhaust back? Lol

This really sucks man. I don't know what I would do if a series of unfortunate events happened to me and caused me to consider giving up riding. Glad the idiot didn't kill you though.

Well, that's one way to wear off some chicken strips.

Just kiddin'; really sorry to hear about that bro. Accidents royally suck. I know you probably wish you could skip over the next 6 months by tomorrow, but things'll get better. Glad to hear you're alive and (overall) well. -peace

Not to discourage you from doing physical therapy, but the best "therapy" to promote healing and range of motion is to exercise the injured parts, which you can do a lot just with tasks that you normally would do.

I broke my hand many yrs ago and went though some physical therapy that I frankly thought was a d@mn rip-off. They had me do stuff that I could easily do at home but they charge me up the wahzoo for it. For example, I was given some "exercise clay" to squeeze and knead with my hand. What they didn't tell me - and I found out later - was even after insurance paid 80%, they still charge me some $25 for a can of silly puddy I could've bought at Target for $5.

Hope you heal fast and break those scar tissues quickly.
