Accident @ 105&45

I was hit by a cager on the feeder traveling southbound on the feeder of I45 at the intersection of Conroe 105 in the far right lane. Driver was traveling northbound and took a U-Turn at the intersection and cut across all the lanes of traffic without looking, because getting to Target was apparently so important that he couldnt do it safely.

Just had surgery yesterday to have plates and screws inserted in my wrist.

report was all i needed . the guy lied to his adjuster. But the police report showed that he was indeed at fault. and there were witnesses listed. I hired a PI attorney for all my medical issues. The bike is totaled, and alstate (other guys insurance) i low balling the out of my bike.

Yeaeric, it has been a while. Give me a call sometime.
