SV650 Forks

If this includes the actual emulators, this is s a rocking deal.

You might check with one of the local shops, but I believe you could swap out dampers and even use on second gen.

fyi, emailed dude

-----------------

Its just the lowers man, I wrecked my 2008 Ninja 650 and bought these forks and I used the internals.

I am selling just the lower portion of the fork, no internal parts.

--------------------------

If your somewhat interested in them, please make an offer. I have absolutely no use for the lowers.

Is there a reason you didnt just put a supersport front end on that 650? Is it because you want to eventually put all the fairings back on it?

I have ordered bodywork for the bike so yes I do plan on putting the fairings back on.

And getting the SV650 41mm forks made for an easy fix for me, and it was not costly nor did I have to do any major modifications.

Some time down the line if I come across the right 636 front end that just bolts right on ill upgrade. But I was unsure what year 636 I needed, and I need an entire front end.

If its anything like the GSXR/SV change over I believe you just have to mill out the front end bolt on to match the appropriate size and bolt the front end up... and know how it will affect the geometry, but I am no expert.

Yeah a little confused too. Do these forks have racetech internals?

I'm being lazy right now does anyone know the difference between 1st gen SV and 2nd gen SV forks off hand?

Preload and Travel I believe. They both had 41mm forks but I think all the Gen1s didn't have preload and the travel is slightly further on the gen 2s...

1st gen forks do not have pre load adjusters but You can add them. These forks did have racetech internals and springs. I was told its going to be a major and noticeable difference over my stock OEM 650 forks.

I am also filling them up with Belray 5W Fork Oil

I learned alot but by day 2 was super exhausted. I can't wait to go back trying to figure out how to do at least 2 a month for most of the rest of the year.
