Man I can't believe what I saw....

I will start with I know I am new to riding and do not necessarily have a place to speak on other people who ride but.....whats the point of riding well above the speed limit with your helmet locked on the tail fender. Saw a guy riding like that today coming home from work....he chose is fitted hat over his helmet...oh well

He probaly just didnt have any place to put his hat. At least he had the hat on it would make the mess alot easier to clean up if he went down.
