reckless driving a felony offense??????

Does anybody knows that reckless driving is a felony offense in TX? I have been told this a few times but not sure if the state has bumped this up to a felony case. If so, does anyone have a link to prove this is true? Is doing a wheelie considered a reckless driving? Speeding?

"How did this rumor about it being a felony circulate?"

I THINK there's a thing in regards to an accident involving another vehicle due to 'reckless driving' that may escalate the rating.

yeah I'd say if it caused an accident they could potentially elevate it to a felony or add additional charges....you'd have to talk to a criminal lawyer to find out on that.
