frame slider

my frame slider hole is threaded up badly on the right side

Can i rethread or replace it?
or do i have to replace the entire frame?

My last resort which is pretty pricey but I been looking into the factorypro engine covers with integrated sliders, anybody have any experience with those.

I can helicoil it with an Inconel insert and it will be stronger than stock.

I'd need to see it to give you a proper quote, especially if it's as damaged as you say.
