Thanks man, I am posting it all here to build up a portfolio to show people what work I can do. Right now I've been able to turn a bike that was wrecked back to how it was in under a week. The only thing that slowed me down was the waiting around for parts. Right now Im just trying to get the bike running on the street so I can ride, then its time to start the modding.

The new model has different front fairings meaning the headlight assembly and other parts are different.

I was lucky to find some OEM Body work consisting of LEFT and RIGHT side farings, lower bell fairings, headlight fairings, headlight, headlight mount and other plastics all for $200! Perfect shape

I found it on Las Vegas Craigslist. Me and the dude worked out shipping (he turned his 650 into a street fighter), im waiting on a few bolts from kawasaki before I can go ride now. The Bike is 99% rebuilt besides those missing bolts.

Going to upload some photos when shes finished of the entire rebuild. Ive got an exhaust, new handle bars, and some other little mods coming in.

Looks nice! Just thought about how that material will always look new as well, no worries about minor scratches like a painted surface.

Someone makes a bed liner cleaner that will bring the shine back if it starts to fade.... I THINK armor all makes it.

I think I'd replace the bolts on the black parts with red ones.... just to tie the two colors together more.

What windsheild is that?

If the rearsets are just painted (not powder coat)... I'd consider bed liner there too. At least if it starts to get scratched up. My Sidis have pretty much worn through the factory silver... I imagine they'd tear up black paint.

Look at the silver parts, and consider painting them red (pegs, levers, pedals)

It looks good though!

Oh, and fender eliminator... there is one on ebay for $35, with turn signals. They have to be soldered in (not plug and play), but I like the bracket.

This isn't your cheapo-depot bedliner so it won't fade, and it looks awesome. The rear sets came with a black finish from the factory and I like it.

Painting bolts is a neat idea.

Too bad they don't make different colored bed liner. I love the look of the bed line, but I think if you could add a little red accent to the fairings it would help to tie it all together.

Nice work!

Thanks man, I am thinking about the front fender and rear body work being painted gloss black leaving just the tank red.

I picked up Black Oem bodywork for the tail, leaving me with just the front fender to paint.

Do you know what bike the hugger/chain gaurd is from?

Turning the zip-ties so the end is hidden would be your best results per $$$ mod right now

The chain hugger is from a 2009 EX650R. And thanks ill flip them around, only I know they are there so you would have to look for a long time.
