650rs do have a tip-over sensor but there is a delay by about 2 seconds after being "tipped" before it shuts the bike off. I have stock handlebars, rearsets, chain guard and 1 mirror from a 2009 650r if you need them. If you go aftermarket, I have Ermax undertail, rear hugger, cowl, woodcraft rearsets and sport bars if you have any questions about them I don't know what year your bike is but if it's a 09+, the 08+ 250r mirrors look much nicer with the shorter stalks...triumphant675r (I think that's his screen name) has some for sale on here somewhere.

Messaged. I picked up my fork oil and brake fluid for the bike from Cycle Gear. Waiting on parts to come in now.

Cycle Gear, i like to do all the work on my bike myself...except for suspension stuff, then i take it to Motorcycles Unlimited. Patrick is awesome.

Thanks for making this thread, its nice to see things as they are being built. or in your case...re-built.

Does the 650 have adjustable front suspension? If it does, take it to Motorcycles Unlimited and the will hook you up with adjusting it to your body. It makes a WORLD of difference

Im rebuilding the forks my self, ill take it by Patrick after im finished to have him fine tune it if I really need to. Im installing a custom front end suspension

Ive already bought the right weight oil for how heavy I am.

Got the new racetech forks in, stripped them all down and they are sitting on towels absorbing oil. Going to clean them later and assemble
