after my bike was stolen and recovered twice, they they started stealing parts off of it. stole brake reservior, rear seat cowl, and bar ends. turds.

I admit to being ignorant here (GREEN600 - give me both barrels if you want -LOL) - I've seen them on bikes. Got a couple friends that have them . . . Ummmm....... what do they do? Keep your fluid from catching a cold in bad wather?
