question about 08 gsxr 600 front wheel removal

So I'm pulling my front wheel for the first time and there's only one spacer? Is this how its suppose to be? Looks like the axle is made to act as a spacer on one side but Idk. I assumed there would be two because the rear has two.

If so the last people who did my tire gonna hear about it

Yes, only one spacer.
The axle has a built in spacer/shoulder on the allen side.
