No kidding!
I've been trying to reach the bastards for 2 months on a helmet with no response. poor IMO.

I've dealt with a lot of the other helmet mfrs. and have NEVER had much trouble getting warranty issues resolved.
IMO Suomy has been best followed by KBC.
(very few warranty issues to begin with but SUPER FAST turn around on any that have come up.)

im not impressed with arai anymore. my fourth helmet that is actually falling apart before my eyes and i get no responses via email. i lose a new piece everytime i ride... its only four months old too

I've got the earlier Roberts model of the RX-7 with no issues.

Where did you buy it at?

If you started having problems with it in that short of a time, they should be involved in the process of trying to get it taken care of.

Try this one. Its the warranty number for arai in the US, they're in PA. Talk to a lady named Cathy, she said to leave your name and number if she doesn't pick up. Also many people will be out of the office until the 18th because of some tradeshow. So you should call today.

Same here, I have an ORIGINAL RX7-RR model from 1993 and it's in near perfect condition. besides the padding being a little worn, but it probably has 50,000 miles on it.

yeah, i need a new helmet, haha.

ive never had a problem before ive had 3 other ones with no problems she wanted me to send it in but said i wont have it back till after the new year since the trade show and holidays coming up....fukt that
