I read sport rider, cycleworld, and motorcyclist. The features and content in sport rider is the best. Cycleworld and motorcyclist focus on comparisons too much, which usually don't talk about anything aside from the authors' preference. Sport rider has good tech features and their riding skills section is good.

i voted other. i used to read motorcyclist a lot, and sometimes cycle world or sport rider, but lately i have narrowed it down to several motorcycle blogs:
http://thekneeslider.com/
http://www.bikeexif.com/
http://www.pipeburn.com/
http://www.returnofthecaferacers.com/
http://lecontainer.blogspot.com/
the last one, le container, is a french thing... they sometimes have really cool pictures of old bikes or cafe racers, and race cars, but never any info... i wish it was american, but zeen eet weuld neut be geud

bike exif and pipeburn are my favorites on this list.
lately i have felt more like riding than reading about riding. i wish/hope my project can come together soon... i'll have forgotten how to ride by the time it's done

also, andrew trevit and his recovery was about my only reason for buying sport rider several times.
their reviews are too technical for me, and they have a lot of track stuff, which i will almost certainly never need or use. :/

Superbike magazine. It's expensive but is more entertaining than the American magazines. I've been reading it since the '90s. If something is , they call it without any sugarcoating it. Fast Bikes is pretty good as well but I haven't seen it in some time. You can even get them on DVD. , Shayne "Shakey" Burns, who raced in WSB for Ducati was a writer for Fast Bikes magazine.
