Great day indeed,
cold weather did'nt bother me too much either. It was nice to see everyone taking it easy for a change. Also, I felt that I learned alot more this time out as I could study the track without worrying if I was holding someone up.
Ohh yeah, and the BBQ was'nt bad either.

Yup, trackday was a good one. Thanks for the warmers Tom. I have some video footage from my bike cam but I was too slow and it is all of people passing me left and right. Plus Sanchez doing a whoolie on the home stretch passed me.

Brother Buck thanks again for the invite and the great hospitality you and Amy provided! Dan I am deeply sorry for the close pass entering the carrousel. I normally try to allow more room than that, particularly at a trackday. Dam CMRA flashbacks! :BangHead: I had a blast!!!! Great to meet you Houston guys, great bunch of guys. Oh, did I mention I left the track with my F1 trophy intact. :laughing6 Buck, like I say, there is no replacement for displacement buddy! Hope to see you guys soon!

Oh and a special thanks to Doug for the help with my brakes!

Awesome day. Just like Godsuzki said it is sooo nice to stay vertical and not have your bike thrashed looking when you are loading it up to go home. Again a big thanks to Radar for getting my bike back together. Radar reminds me of tim the tool man except he knows how to use the tools too. I am still a bit slow I wonder how long it will take to get back up to speed. But at the same time Radar has gotten faster. Man, he did a 1:44 saw it on his lap timer.

Buck, again thanks for inviting me out. It was a blast your trackdays are AWESOME!!! It was great putting more names to faces from the board and seeing some old friends there. I wish I could have talked more to everybody but man the 30 minute break goes by soooo fast then you are leathering back up again to hit the next session. The cold didn't bother me at all. I like not sweating saunas are for idiots in my book. :icon_bigg plus like Buck said the tires stuck good.

The dude on the stock r6 btw is Sanchez. After he passed me once he was using his blinkers before every turn. Which really helped because I am older now and forget which way to go some time.

Again, thank for the invite Buck hope you and everybody here has a Merry Merrry Christmas.

Clyde,
Sorry about the phone call yesterday...Martin called me and woke me up and I didn't even look outside to see what a sh*tty day it was out there. :BangHead: Anyhow, I'm hoping Santa brings me some leathers for Christmas and I think I'll be joining you for a few trackdays next year. I'm tired of reading and hearing stories. It sounds like a good time out there.

I'll make you a deal on the 1-piece set I have, they are in good shape and I think they'll fit you. Holler at me if you want to try them on.
