03 CBR rear brake lever?

Can anyone tell me how i can lower my rear brake lever down at more of an angle?

Yes you can.
Loosen the 12mm jam nut.
Turn the 10mm shaft to adjust the pedal height and then tighten the jam nut.
Adjust your rear brake switch afterwards.
