Anybody have a qualifying bike I can borrow?

I am tempted to put my dirt wheels back on the crf100 and go play... but I may just go spectate... sounds like a blast...
I am not figuring the 17" slicks that are on it right now would work some good...

I bet you would be suprised how well the street tread would slide through the corners. After all thats the whole idea. Not sure if those tires would meet the criteria for dualsport tire though, or pass inspection.

Either way I will look out for you!

I left some 125 Michelin rains at SCRC a few months ago. They were getting too old and hard for asphalt but would work good for this. Not sure how often John cleans house - they may still be in a pile of takeoffs somewhere.

slicks got no tread... and don't have time to mess with getting any legal tires so...
may just bring the wife and watch... get her to go by telling her how cute the little kids are....

slicks would pass tech, but would not be tire of choice...knobies are not leagle. rains or any dual sport tire is the way to go.
shing chen trials,or dual sport...cheep and work great!

You don't want slicks unless the track turns into a blue groove, and it's not likely too. Rains are a good choice as are DP tires.

Note that for you that can't drum up a bike, there's always the longer track in Willis soon after.
