Proof of substantial health insurance, and fill out a form and send it in to DPS. 8.00? I think for the sticker.

Not IF but WHEN he goes down. It will happen sooner or later. I'd wear the lid. My aunt in Florida said she knew a guy that did some side work on bikes. One day he took one around the hood for little test ride and bam! Killed b/c no helmet. Neighborhood is dangerous as any place if not more. Dogs, cats, squirrels, kids, , cars backing out, parked cars, cars running stop signs ....

I know a guy that was in the neighborhood going over to a friends house when he ate it and hit a car at 20mph or so. Now he has a major brain injury as a result. You may not think that such speeds could harm you but would you sick your arm outside of a car and allow it to get hit by an object at those speeds? Think about it or maybe it is too late for your brain injury if you are thinking about riding without a helmet.

If you want to live longer just keep using /wearing a helmet..It only take a 3mph impact to the head to kill a person,,A helmet distributes the energy of an impact throughout the helmet to help lessen injuries..

I dunno I kinda like to ride completely naked! Clothes are just soo confining. And flipflops are all the footwear ya need, you know in case the street is hot.

Obviously I'm being sarcastic.
The idea of leaving a long red smear on the pavement is not appealing to me. I am comfortable in my skin and like it on me not the street. Oh, and the brain should stay put too. (small as it is I always wear earplugs to keep it in!)

to be 100% "legal" you have to be 21+, have AT LEAST 10 grand in medical, have taken the MSF course AND have the exemption sticker.

i had a pct 4 constable try to give me a ticket cause i didnt have the sticker. now of the few times that i have riden without a lid that is the only time i was pulled over for it and threatned with a ticket (goes to show not every cop knows)
