agreed, my red can for filling up a lawn mower worked great until it was stolen on Easter Sunday at TWS (Texas World Speedway)

I have a canyon dancer, busted straps but they work still, gauntlet gloves, and a onsie suit if you need to borrow for your track day to save you some cash for now. LMK if you want to use them.

As an alternative to handlebar cinch type tiedowns, consider using soft ties.

Basically they are a short strap with loops on both ends. You feed them around your forks just above the lower triple clamp and then use your regular tiedowns.
I like them because they don't put any pressure on your handlebars, they don't tear up your grips and what part of your bike is stronger or more secure than the forks?

I think most bike places have them, they are cheap. Call Patrick at Motorcycles Unlimited.

Lol, don't scuff 'em up! (except the knee pucks of course!)

Seriously, consider the softie idea, very simple, quick and secure.

+1 on the cycle cinches, i prefer those as well

i know you're probably looking to procure your own stuff that you can use again in the future, but if you need to borrow any tiedowns, i have a cycle cinch and 2 soft loops

So anyone have a preference on a quality Gauntlet for the track? I think I am looking to spend under $150 and still get somethign decent.
