Use a blow dryer and heat it up and try pulling it out with those mini plungers while still heating it.

PDR guys are the magicians of the auto body industry. If they cant remove a dent, your replacing the fender. Id def. try the PDR route.

Thanks again for all the sugestions, as I have contacted several folks that was recommended to me on here.
Not to blast anyone but so far no one has been able to step up to the plate with Paintless Dent Removal.

Thanks y'all, I'll let you know what I end up doing, will keep you folks posted.

Please do. I just bought a 12 year old Ducati with two small dings in the tank, would love to get them pulled.

the problem with tanks and paintless dent repair is that the metal is pretty thick and sense it has body lines all over it the metel is very stiff. if you try the dry ice trick get a hammer with some sort of plastic coating on it and tap around the out side edge of the dent. this will help the metal move a little.

Thanks, I'll give 'em a call.

So far I have called 4 recommended places, 2 were recommeded on here, and 2 were found on-line.

Place 1, specializes in mostly paint, but I want to retain OEM Paint Job. As you can see in my Avatar my bike is all original from 2004 and want to keep it that way as that is currently how it looks.

Place 2, well the number was disconnected.

Place 3 has a Paintless Dent Repair contract (Rhymes with BILLMEN HUMDA) with a large car dealership. Dude gave me every excuse in the book why he couldn't do it or felt hesitant in popping the dent out. Excuses ranged from the gas tank being Double Walled so the steel will not pop out, then the tool he uses to pop the metal out from inside of the tank is made of metal and it would scrape the inside of my tank and eventually create RUST in my tank and the rust would get into my fuel system?!?! I almoss LMAO

Place 4, was recommended to me from the guy (out in San Diego) who popped the dent out in the video I posted, #25. I paid the dude a visit today and he said he could do the paintless dent repair and if I could still see any evidence of the dent when he finished the work, it would be free of charge.

But I will keep y'all posted. I'll post pix when I get the work done in a few weeks when I get paid.
