Traction control is cool but haven't had bikes to know what it does. As for stunting a bike with traction control is bad. Can you do a rolling burn out with one?
ABS is cool. that's very helpful on the street.

If you have had an 05 zx10, and your looking for an 06-07 1000 cc, then get a gen II ZX10R, no traction control or ABS (and you need to upgrade the brakes) but there's your liter bike.

+1 to this. Amazing, stable machines.

The only other liter bike I would consider to be actually worth it's price would be the s1000rr. If ya can't swing that, GSXR 1000 gets my vote. And if you can't go new, then make it the 07-08 model.

I've owned 06 1000rr, 08 zx10, 08 cbr1000.. they all fall short of my gsxr 1000.

Lots more comfy that the old 675 no?

Just needs some suspension upgrades to be perfect.

All of the big 4 make a descent 1k but my personal favorite, 07-08 gixxer 1k. When mine was bone stock I could run neck and neck with with modded Busas. Also dynoed in at 157hp in stock trim against a 09 1000RRs 155hp w/full Yoshi exhaust, PC5, and air filter. But everyone knows Hondas are slugs so no big surprise there.

1. 07-08 Gsxr 1000 nice power and weight feels well balanced
2. 08-09 Cbr 1000rr really strong but feels to light for having that much power but handles good
3. R1 looks really nice but has alil forward lean when riding some people like it I don't
4. Zx10 looks nice and I hear is very strong but never got a chance to ride it yet

LAST YEAR I WENT FROM MY 13 YR OLD 1998 KAWI ZX7R TO A 2011 GSXR 1000

ALL THE BIKES ARE GREAT BUT WHAT WAS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME IS THE WAY YOU FEEL WHEN YOU SIT ON THEM

EVERYONE'S BODY IS SHAPED DIFFERENT

GO SIT ON THEM ALL

WHEN YOU FIND IT YOU WILL KNOW

THATS WHAT I DID AND IM GLAD I GOT THE GSXR

OH BY THE WAY TEJAS IN THE HIGHLANDS DEALS ON NEW BIKES

I GOT MY 2011 GSXR 1000 FOR 10k BRAND NEW
