and a red one

It should but why?

Spring rate and length are probably different which will change up the bike's feel.

gsxr shock

Saw a Racetech G3 shock for a 1000 for sale and wondered if it would fit my 600. I have a stock shock with Racetech's gold valves installed and Racetech springs....

It will fit.
Compression/rebound valving will be a little different but not enough to be a concern.
