my '05 R6 did that once while I was at the track. It turned out to be a specific fuel level relay sensor or some like that (according to a buddy who worked at yamaha at the time). I was going to take it to Yamaha but I parked it for 2 days and then it never did it again so I never took it in. I believe the manual does have the codes in there somewhere but it was a pain to find when I looked.


and filling it up with gas didnt help with mine either. I finished my trackday with it flashing and had no issues.
