I too have always empathized with the Vincent Vega school of thought. If some chicken is going to mess with my vehicle, at least let me witness it, so I can figure out who I need to tire iron to death. Or you have the police arrest them, and get a judgement for them to pay for it.

There's also the flip side to this, which is the bar, 'though I sure don't want any bar owners/-tenders to take the heat for this. They shouldn't have been serving someone for hours, well past the point where they were already intoxicated.

You may be technically right Bart, but do you really want somebody else (in this case the bartender and waitresses via the guberment) making your choices for you, or would you rather handle your own ? All these bullshit laws started with a certain frame of mind...
