^I've already looked into that and the thing is... there is no way to do it without failing a test they do at the dmv as per dealers say. I called the dmv and they said it's fine if you have a blank frame and they send an officer to come verify but if you have a frame that shows any signs of having a previous vin, they seize and crrush the bike and you get hit with a felony. It's to sketch if you ask me

^ stfu lol! Trust me. lesson well learned. I bought cars with lost titles before and had no problem getting them registered in my name. Thought it would be the same ... NOPE

Ok, I called the lien holders and from what they're tellin me, the title was released.

So It has no liens but There's still no way for me to get the title.
