Will squids now buy track bikes or convert theirs and then never see the track?

I have 4. I'll never buy another "street" bike to ride on the street.

I don't HATE the colors, the yellow is a little strong for my personality though.

Yep, this season should be pretty fun!

It's an ongoing trend. There's alot of companies selling replica street fairings or at least the decal kits as well.

I will take the best care of her George. If she goes anywhere, it'll be right back to you man.

Yeah, the hard part is finding one with a title. With the aftermarket headlight/tail lights available its too easy not too. Replacing OEM fairings and headlights is $$$$$.

2/4 UPDATE

So I tore the bike down some more to double check everything. Just wanting to make sure everything is tight before hitting mid triple digits down the front straights.

Picked up first "mod". New Trackside rear stand. I think it's a steal at $45 from CG. So far it looks to be really quality stuff. See how long it lasts.

Got all the body work off, seat, tank, and airbox. All the electrics/connections look really good, started cleaning out some the dust undernear. Needs a few zipties to tighten up loose wires and different boxes/connections, but not bad overall. Probably going to go ahead a pull the spark plugs to check and re-gap since I'm already right there. Just doing some recon for installing a fuel controller hopefully soon.

Upon further inspection, come to find out that Justin was right, it indeed does have the AGG Racing smog block off plates. Guess I need to buy some decals to represent now....

Tony would love to repaint these two bikes I'm sure....

I have an 05 Header on the way from PA, so I won't be able to finish the exhaust. I'll update again on Sunday.

So this is what's on deck for this weekend:
Spark Plugs- re-gapping hopefully, changing if necessary.
Radiator Flush
Installing this bad boy minus the wideband o2 sensor:

THIS COMPUTER - - - I HIT TAB AND IT ENTERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to say - COOL BUILD. I wish I had time to tear into a bike like that. Chris stopped by with his R1 and we mounted his newly painted skins on it and he was telling me all the cool stuff he did to it. THIS IS WHY I LOVE TO RIDE TRACK BIKES ON THE STREET. Street bikes compare like to a track bike (that's been kept up).
