i use public data for a couple years now. Even sent a nasty letter to some That "pushed" me into the center of the lane one time. Need to send her another "just thinking of you" card to let her know i care.

I didn't call her. I found her address using her plate info. I then just sent her a nasty letter in the mail telling her that i knew where she lived and to keep a look out.
