apologies for double post. I'm kind of making use here to keep track of things, and cannot edit the post above...but I just remembered there was a girl walking by me and my girlfriend as we started the bike just a few hours before it was towed. I'm gonna leave a note on her door and see if she remembers and can back me up as well.

That should help once Patrick can say with certainty that the valves were bent due to the last operation of the bike, and after that damage there is no way it would start. I'd have 2 references, one who doesn't even know me, so has no bias.
