check your idle...if its set to low even just a lil bit then your bike will cut off when u are rolling to a stop with the clutch pulled...try setting it about 300 RPM's higher and see what happens

I know the '04 and '05 R1's had a warranty issue with the TPS. Possibly you have the same problem?

ts possible but i don't think so .it was suppose to be fixed i posted on the R! forum and called my buddy that had tps issues and he said his just died and didn't bog down at take off. you remember what the factory cylinder settings are??? right now its 20-16-16-20 is that correct thats what i thought yami set it too.
