bad lag in r1

ok this just started a few days ago .. if im coming from a stop i either have to ride the clutch out to 25mph or my bike bogs down . i thought it might a been the fuel mixture so i checked it and it was off so i reprogrammed it but it did not solve the problem.its never been like this before i has always had a little if you dumped the clutch when you took off but now its bad

wouldnt happen if it was a Honda! when did this start?
