Can the state troopers issue warrants for not stopping or tickets even without stopping u?

ummm i think it would be easily dismissible in court if they did, due to the fact that they cant tell who is the actual rider on the bike when they have a helmet and gear on....now if you dont have a helmet on and they catch your plate and can tell its you than it could be plausable!

I really doubt he can issue a Warrant for a traffic infraction without issuing a ticket first. Maybe a ticket but without proof who was on the bike it would be easily dismissed. I know he saw my plate cause he almost ran me the over trying to get to the guys up front, but the bike I was on is registered to a cop. I just still have insurance in my name from when it was mine, so I dont think he will have too much problem.
