crashed helmets

I looked around but didn't find anything on this, so if it is a repost sorry. I was just wondering what everyone does with their old/crashed helmets?

I put mine in a glass case and wrote the date of my accident/day it was retired on it. I also have a friend who takes all the helmets he's crashed in and made lamps out of them in his man cave.

So what do you do with yours?

I have only crashed in one, but it is sitting in my den on top of a helmet box. I look at it almost everyday.

Great idea. Nice to have a reminder before going out.

I don't always crash. But when I do, my helmets remain unscathed.

I used to save them to look at them and admire the cool scrapes. I ran out of room.

They get moved to trash and new crashed helmet takes it's place. Cleaned them all out with the move to Austin, probably time for me to crash again at the next track day to have another to admire.

Let me know when you are going to throw some away, I will gladly take them off your hands to hang up in the shop around the walls or this lamp idea sounds pretty sweet
