Chris is a smart cookie. The guy I spoke with quote 600K as a reasonable price for someone new to come in and make money, anything more would cut out any real returns for investors.

There is supposed to be a track day on the 29th so just show up. If no one is there, enjoy the track all by yourself. When the cops show up, show them your voucher.

Railroad goes for 1 million per mile.

Asphalt is like 3 bucks per square foot for normal . So 7500 ft by 20 ft would be like 450k, but I am sure track grade would put it up around 600 like states without curbing and such.
