DEJA VU conversation.

Track is up for sale again (or so I've been told).

Even talked with a Motorsports Guy who was looking to purchase but even indicated price is way to high for the facility investment required to draw sustainable crowds (both cars and bikes).

IMO not worth a dime over 600k.


The asphalt cost 525k, then add in the land and minor improvements.

How much land is included?

Hopefully someone that has some business sense and a love for motorcycles (and cars) will negotiate that away from the current owner and get that available for the masses.
