Well I say it is a new BS law.
What about the guy that buys a car or truck that is a POS and pays way below the states presumptive value? He still pays tax on the presumptive value and that could be a lot of extra $$.
What about the guy who gets screwed on a deal and pays too much? Does he then get to pay tax only on the presumptive value? I bet not. He has to pay tax on the sale price then.
It aint fair or right for the state to tax you on a variable number as though it is something that is fixed. I hope that makes sense... and I hope I aint full of s**t :icon_bigg

I got one even better for you... the reason this law was passed was because your property taxes were lowered a couple points to make up for the extra you would be charged in transferring your title..

But guess what goes up every year ... property taxes.. so In a couple of years your taxes will be even higher than they were, plus they get the benifit of the extra money from this too.

Don't blame the wolf for being a wolf though.. blame the sheeple that can't think any further than tomorrow.

look make it easy for you just dont buy the dam bike from this guy go someone were else, a place were there legit there are plenty of good bikes out there for that price
