Cool. I was looking to run up early Sunday, but I really don't think it's going to happen. Good luck there. It's a ton of fun, and the property is a blast. I don't know how much of the creek runs you will be doing, but they are awesome.

Glad you had fun dude....wish I would have made it.... tire kickers didn't even buy the Goldwing (although he did make a lowball offer ), but I did get the rest of my list completed. Hope to see ya at future event schedule permitting.

I dont know WTF would have happend had I not had the 5 hours, or so, of seat time at the boot camp. I have essentially zero dirt bike experience and had only rode this new bike for 5 minutes before this. All I did for an hour and a half was crash, stall and save crashes.

I enjoyed it. This year the dirt bike falls pretty far down the list of priorities but I'll definitely be back for some more, schedule permitting.

Definitely a fun race, but I had a mechanical malfunction while battling for the lead. And a hard crash.

I think it is in the clutch. I'm gonna take it to the car wash and then see what's up. I still have a 250x if it's bigger than that.

Was that you in a washout/gully towards the end of the loop? They were getting up as I came by, looked like an endo or faceplant! It was a nasty spot after a dropoff.

Yep that was me. I'm guessing you are #9xx. Not sure what happened. I was behind Jim, following his line, and down I went. Also, one of the bolts holding the pressure plate backed out and was hitting the clutch cover, so DNF. I'm 0-3 for finishing a race there.

Man the pics of this race looked awesome... wish I could get up there to run that track w/o all the other riders being on it to get my confidence up before running in a crowd. Looks like a blast though!

Me too... I can barely even get mine outside, much less riding a bike. She draws the line at riding on the back of a 4 wheeler for a little while. I'm getting my daughter into it and she has a 50 with training wheels, but it's going to be loooong time before she can do some spirited riding.

Anybody know if SHNF trails will be open this Sunday will all of this rain?

I'd be willing to bet SHNF will be closed this weekend....there's a 1800 number 'round here somewhere.
