Nice routes bro. Hit me on a message and I'll send you my contact info. I'm game for those routes when I'm home. I'm right down the road from you on 1488

Honestly I drove to Austin via 1488 from the Woodlands a couple weeks ago and the whole time all I could think was... man I wish i was on my bike.

I know, it was a new trip the first time I did it too.
We were just poking fun at the title, like they were undiscovered.

Since 149/1488 is ridden kind of hard (popularity wise) venture out a little further and there are some other great roads. Try getting to Navasota if you can. It's really not that far.

fkin +1.

I think NewRider still knows the way Helios took us on awhile back.
Lots of curvy backroads without any neighbors to off like RR or CRR.

Prob one of the best rides I'd ever been on the street.
And I hate riding the streets...

Good advice... I'll have to Google map or ride out exploring one day. I might feel a lil more comfortable now that I got my ticket cleared....

Wait a second... I thought we all bought bikes to stand next to them at PP1 haha

But yea, gotta hit some of these back roads this month with a guide. Getting lost in the woods is fun and all but having a guide to follow will be nice.

New to Houston

New to Houston- and breaking my new bike in (Dayton 675). Looking to meet some people and learn about some of the twisties around here- I moved from back east. Referred to this website. Let me know!
