need a lic. plate run...

a silver dodge truck pulling a trailer pulled in front of my neighbors house, two individuals got out knocked on the door, tried using some keys, hung out looking around, then went to the back of the house. I went over and confronted them, said "looks like your trying to break in" they said the house was in foreclosure and they were supposed to "clear it out", which was NOT true. They started telling me I was trespassing and giving me a hard time, saying they were going to call the police. I said if you want the police involved then fine, I'll call them, which I did. I got there lic. plate and picture of the truck and called the ft. bend county sheriffs dept. then the two guys got in the truck and left...

but they also wrote down my plate number too saying something.

the plate 88F-BH4, silver dodge truck

these guys IMO are preying on recent foreclosure listings and stealing whatever they can. My neighbors were not being foreclosed but somehow was accidentally listed with some realtors, not the bank, they said.

can someone help with "who" this is for me.

Mucho gracias

You did nothing Illegal and you are not trespassing if they are not the owners of the house and they clearly were not... The owner did not have a sign clearly specifying that there is not soliciting or trespassing than you did nothing wrong.....

looks like someone created an account to defend themselves. Still smells fishy to me.

They created an account a few weeks ago to possibly defend an accusation made by someone they didn't know was a member?

Welp, looks like this saga is over.

Chances are, as up as the mortgage industry is, these guys were given keys, and a job, but the wrong address.

It's happened before, comes up on the news all the time
