While I do think she is full of , know on knows what happened and the tv is just jumping on it.

As unpopular as it is though, if my mirror got busted and I knew someone was close, they better get past my front end pretty quick...

She might have done something to provoke the situation...

So, if motorcycles cut cars off/ pass them in corners...etc. and provoke them...how would it feel if they knocked a few of us off the road just to get back to us......Sure, its happened before...but, we probably get away with more on two wheels than the cagers..

As with most news, I don't think this is the whole story. And I haven't yet heard of a rider going after a cager or vice versa unless they were provoked first. I definitely agree with the police not wanting to give chase to these riders because it puts everyone in danger. The article has a clear bias.

Jimminy cricket on a stick, c'mon people, you ride too and you know darn well what happened. Couple a guys find an open spot on a highway, get their one-wheel action on. Princess bitchalot decides it's not proper highway behavior, badgers her husband, who does something stupid and aggressive.

The tempers are now mutually flared; only catch is that the rider is not intentionally endangering others, just doing something generally stupid and dangerous -- cager is intentionally endangering someone, rage-blinded to the potential consequences.

Mirror gets punched out, rider flees -- and to rider's surprise, car gives chase. Rider is now fleeing for his/her life (ok his), car poses far more threat to public trying to follow at high speeds... and while Mr. Twistedpanties plays high-speed hero, Princess Bitchalot calls the authorities and the news so that she can get her little pat on the back that she's automatically right and everyone else is a horrible person and wrong.

* * * * *

Just makes me wish I had a GoPro; I'll buy you a new mirror, if it means I can countersue for attempted vehicular homicide.

what we have here is our usual disagreement between those who feel it is their right to ride like a fool on public roads and those who believe in riding responsibly...and it is easy to see which catagory you fit in.

It's always entertaining to watch the meatheads on this forum who incessantly whine about negative bias towards riders go swimming so enthusiastically in their own pool of dumb with little provocation and absolutely no perspective beyond their own petty indulgences. Maybe we can pitch to Solracer to have Motohouston branded arm floaties made to keep them from gulping down any more of the water.

The driver did dumb . Riders did dumb too. There is little defense available to either side of this situation.

How did she know that they were going 150mph? How fast was her husband driving?
If I called the police every time I saw someone texting and driving the system would freeze up.
Sounds like a case of road rage to me.

although we only see one side of the story, we can't deny the fact that there are riders that do stupid stunts on the high way.

People get the stereotype? Ture indeed, but how did this stereotype start at the first place?

No, she didn't. She just said that to..
1. exaggerate the fact so she won't make herself look like a cry baby. She was prolly driving 60 and the bikers were doing the usualy 80ish.

2. Put cops on the spot so they have to get on it since it's "150mph" we are talking here. (guilt trap...)
