Darn cold ride in. Layers helped, but my insulated gloves didn't stand up to sustained speed with the cold. Even with latex gloves underneath.

Couldn't get that perfect balance where my breath wouldn't fog with out the
demist position on the visor on and it was too cold for that so it made my nose run... Ride this afternoon should be NICE.

I just put a new rear on my new to me scoot...

This big dirt bike gets 7K miles out of a rear! That is twice what my last 2 got out of rears.... yeah for me!

But have you sold your Lexus (or whatever car you have now) and go bike only? Otherwise, most of your car's overhead is still bleeding out of your pocket whether you drive it or not.

Racer X can't save money because he must buy every saftey and comfort farkle on the market...like heated gear...who needs heated gear in houston. You use that what, 6 times a year?
