getting really tired of people telling me to be careful. I wear everything short of a track suit so I just tell them to look out for motorcycles.

Since I got my Givi side cases it's a lot easier to always have my rain gear and ride. Also makes shopping a lot more conveinient.

Same. Except not sure what "short of track suit" is.

I wear lether jacket, helmet, gloves, knee pads, boots, and high viz vest.

If I had leather pants on I could do a track day.

Those cases are awesome. Getting mine was almost like getting another vehicle or something. It makes the bike more versitile. My truck is going to be getting even less use now. The bikes gets over twice the gas mileage. And it's less mileage on the truck.

That bike weighs in at a lot more then 300lbs. Closer to 450+ Fluids and rider.

Not that it matters. Good job getting where you were going. I would have done the same thing.

I wore my rain gear today. Probably the first time I've worn it in over a year. It's all wet, but I'm sitting at my desk totally dry. At least the temps were low enough that it wasn't a sauna.

I threw my rain gear on as well..........sadly though I left the back vent open, and had to switch to my back up clothes once I reached the shop.

This is my first large air cooled single and it taking some getting used to but it's fun....

It's litterly like driving a minivan. I have a decent shock and tires on it now and it handle great on the street, sans boy racer antics...

I'd leave right now and pick up a cheap little rain suit at the cycle gear down the street but it has been pouring down all day. Looks like i'll be getting wet on the ride home too :(

Biker cops are in full force this morning. I got my first ticket on the bike. I was trying to keep up with a cruiser who was speeding and noticed another cruiser on my tail. He flipped the lights as I was exiting I-10 east Hov to Get onto 610. The cop asked me if I noticed that the cop I was following was a biker cop too and I told him I couldn't so far back. He said they were working in tandem and that the cop in front of me pulled over to the side to see if I would pass him.

Anyone got a good recommendation for defensive driving website?
