new fuel pump finally installed last night (weather report for this week prompted me to find an hour to button her back up) and rode in this AM. Was a bit brisk, perfect riding weather.

Don't take it personally. They can't see you while they're texting and updating their FB status

Yap, done did that more times than I care to remember. Sucks.

As for numbskull drivers... I complain about it only when I'm driving... much to the annoyance of da wife. When I'm riding, I'm way too busy trying to be alert - and alive - to stay peeved at offending motorists. Being in an agitated state only make you more prone to make mistakes.

Not sure if you have a new high tech invisible drivetrain solution for that bike, but something looks wrong.

The chain must have hit or almost hit a truck behind me. When I pulled over he shot the finger at me out of his window

Hehe, I'll make sure to get one with a decorative rear sprocket to look like Solracer's.

Wouldn't you be mad too if you some truck threw their driveshaft at you on purpose? You obviously meant to hit him with your chain. Be considerate, man.

How old was that chain and who installed it? Did you hunt it down, would be curious if it failed at the master.

Really? I could tell a difference in the temperature from last week. Definitely cooler air these past days in the morning and evening. I wear Starter sweat wicking shirt and briefs under my leathers and they help me keep cooler; and then I change at work.

Yeah the temperature was great, and much cooler. I just mean I was "sweating" that I might get my jacket, and less importantly myself, wet.

Going waterproof tomorrow and Wednesday.
