I need better gloves. My hands felt like I was beating them on the table all morning.

True story. This morning wasn't too bad, but as my $25 Bilt waterproof winter gloves are on their third season, I started shopping for something better this morning after I got in to work.

Stayed pretty comfy this morning. I need some winter boots, my riding shoes are not good at keeping the cold out. I do have some sock type liners i wear, and they work well!

My feet weren't bad, but it only took about 15 miles before it felt like there were toothpicks being shoved under my finger nails...

Just wearing Ariat steel toe work boots, wolverine work boot socks (fairly thick) under O'Neal MX knee-high socks (also pretty thick). Worked well for the hour or so ride in.

Thought about riding in today but didn't want numb hands. Really need to get my warm gloves from my parents' place up north.

My commute is also about an hour...I have some off brand gloves that work really really well, theyre just bulky. I have some glove liners as well, but havent used them yet.

If you have the right gear you're warm from the time you walk out the door until you get to work. No cold air hitting you in the face

Definitely Panigale weather... Unfortunately the RX never gets near that hot. My silk Tourmaster glove liners did ok inside my normal gloves but I think I need to get a set of non perf leather gloves, the pinky fingers were like wood when I pulled my gloves off. I could help myself out by slowing the heck down, but where's the fun in that!

40 degrees for me when I left around 8:30 today. Not bad. I wear all my cold weather gear and I am OK.

Cold weather Gloves, leather jacket with the liner and under the jacket the FreezeOut jersey from Cycle Gear. Long sleeve flannel shirt and two under shirts. Jeans + leather chaps and a neck warmer.

Like Bevo says is all in the gear.

Hands felt like I had wooden fingers dangling.
Ordered some heated gloves yesterday and can't wait to try it out.
