turn that frown upside down I didn't ride in and sat in traffic on the 13 mile stratch of 290 for almost 2 hours while I watched people on bikes fly by in the HOV...I cuoldn't help but notice the light sprinkle and the fact that I'd much rather get wet than sit in that this morning.

man, I came in at 6:45....rode the feeder all the way in. Why the backup on 290 this am? The new 610 to I-10 ramp configuration I saw on the transtar boards??

Yeah my boss told me I could come in late, so I didn't leave the house until 7:20...huge mistake.
It's backed up because the left the 610 exit closed off and all traffic was being diverted tot he new 2 lane I 10 ramp that they built.

I'm guessing they thought it would be okay since today is a holiday

Well it ain't okay! I was about ready to go postal sitting in that

I wore full rain gear into work today and never saw a drop. It feels amazing outside right now.

sent my gloves in to astars to get a new pair back, leather in the palms wore through on the GP Air after only 5000 miles/7 months. Now I can't ride for at least a week and I'm missing out on this beautiful weather :[

Thinking about going to cycle gear and buying a pair of gloves so I don't miss the rest of the week lol.

+2. I do like the Bilt gloves. At the prices I paid for them, I would've been happy to toss them out for fresh new ones every couple of years. Still have the first pair I bought more than 3yrs ago, and they are still good to go. And none of them stain my hands like some namebrands gloves do.

I didnt even need to split today. Sumbitches were driving too slow and spaced out like they were in snow

PS. My raingear fookin' rocks.
Got me some new rain britches from MotoLiberty....even my pant cuffs were dry.

Cortech for the win!
