what handle bars to get for the 100

several folks have suggested that I put after market handle bars on the crf100. Which bars would you recommend? I have never changed out bars before, would that require new longer cables too? Should I also put a riser on to move the bars up? If you have not done it don't guess, but if you have I value your input.

Avoid moose racing. They're cheap...in both price and quality. Kib gave me a spare pair he had in his garage for my 110, and then proceeded to bend them by dropping the bike doing MAYBE 10 mph.

sounds like Kib, give them to you, then break them for you.
Price is not something I am concerned with, I do not mind paying for something that works well and is well made. I am more concerned about comfort on the small bike and anything that would help me ride better.

Kib crashed that bike 10 seconds after I paid for it. Just to show it who was boss.

It refused to acknowledge my command voice so I had to go a step further and establish dominance.

Is that why it smells like pee? I always thought it was the ethanol in the gas.

As far as different bends, the ones for a mid 90's RM80 have a nice tall rise to them, and not much sweep back.

ok, ordered the renthall adult bend bars, and added a set of renthall kevlar grips...oh, and a new set of foot pegs while I was at it.

don't like black tape... if I wrap anything it has to be in high quality gray fibered duct tape... first class here.
when people are passing me, I want them to see the quality involved here.
