Local shop with best selection?

Long story short I parted ways with my girlfriend and now I am finally getting a bike since she hated the idea.

Anyways, I am buying gear first and was wondering what shop has the best selection as far as in stock items I can actually try on?

Looking to pick up a helmet, gloves, jacket and boots right now.

I am in katy but willing to drive anywhere in the houston area.

Best in stock selection? 2 wheel toyz as far as I'm concerned. But any of our sponsors can get you pretty much anything you want.

I've had a good experience with both 2 Wheel Toyz and Cycle Gear. Cycle gear has a lot of different gloves and boots. Both have a nice helmet selection - but Cycle Gear will let you return within a day or two if it doesn't fit right. Everywhere else is "sales final" tmk.

Team Mancuso SW dealership has a nice selection of helmets. Jacket selection is good if you want branded gear (Triumph, Ducati, etc...).

Looking to buy one...

Im on the same boat as MUDDY TACO, as far as gear shopping. Im looking for stores where I can try on certain gear, jackets, gloves, boots, helmets, etc.

Im looking into buying two jackets and im getting tired of reading and looking at videos on the internet. I actually want to put it on and see how it feels.

Brands im looking for are, REV"IT", Alpinstars, Dainese, SIDI...

Do the same stores recommended to MUDDY TACO still apply?????

Absolutely. Go out there and try 'em on. Look in the mirror while you do so. Then purchase. :-)
