Angry Upset with Kawasaki

Ok so I finally get in my rear seat cowl from Motorcycles Unlimited and put it on and fell in live with it, but something is wrong... I took it off 2 times to put my wallet and cell phone in the compartment( work for the prison so their no no items) and I was riding around today hearing a clacking noise... I stop like 3 times to see what's hitting what. Finally as I'm leaning over I put my hand on the cowl and it's half off. I took it off to inspect wtf was wrong and somewhere somehow the rubber o ring that holds the rear in is missing... WTF REALLY?!? I'm losing faith in Kawasaki now... Is there anyway I can order the rubber seals by themselves or do I gotta buy a brand new unit.... Arrrrfhfhghhg! I don't wanna go back to stock. Any info helps Ty brothers

yeah i was pretty after my engine went bang around 50,000 miles. So what if I didn't change the oil like I was supposed to or beat it to death at the track.

Really though that does suck man

Lol it's from Kawasaki so I assume it's the real deal, it cost 90 bucks and took 2 months to get to me so I'm entitled to a minor gripe session :p

I'd have to go with user error. My cowl has been on for 40k without issue.

Dave.....you're supposed to change the oil in these things?!

A seat cowl can defintely make or break a brand. Good thing it wasn't something more serious like a reflector coming loose
