Where do you store your gear when you go out?

Ok so I dont go out to clubs much or anything like that. My question is for the people that go to clubs etc. Where do you store your gear while you are inside? And not to sound too much like a dumbshit. But I dont know how my helmet lock on my bike is supposed to work. I just always carry it in with me when I go places.

Personally I go out being prepared to carry my all night. That being said, I usually try to talk to an employee of the club/bar/venue and see if they have a safe place I can store my gear.

If its a restaurant I'll just take it in with me.

I also keep a cable and lock in the trunk- cable through a jacket sleeve, helmet, and motorcycle. The cable isn't super thick though so I'll be upgrading it soon.

This, if I'm going to a day-long rally or chili-fest. If not, then I lock my helmet on my bike, gloves in trunk (it's HUGE), and wear the jacket.

Dude, just cage it if you are hitting up the clubs and having a few cocktails.
Much more comfortable for you and the +1 (if the night goes well).

If you are not drinking, have a friend with a cage go so you can stash your stuff.

If you are going to clubs all by yourself, I have no answers for you.

My buddy's band is playing House of Blues tonight. Thats why I am asking.

So I dont plan on drinking too much because of work.

I may have 1 or 2 beers which is nothing.

I'm always weary of leaving my helmet on the bike for fear of someone cutting the chin strap and taking it. I usually carry my gear with me or if its a place where it will be a hassle i'll just drive.

I don't go to the clubs but when I go out I do have a place to stash my gear. See if you can spot it:

I have only been turned down once by a bar/club to stash my jacket and helmet in an office or behind the bar. I guess they figure if they want me to stay and spend my money there, they should let me secure my gear.
