Local Machine Shop

I have a flywheel that I'd like to lighten. Any local machine shops that you all could recommend to do the work, and not to crazy with price? I can get it done for about 55 shipped back to me from some other shops on the west coast but would prefer to spend money locally. Prefer southside if possible.

What is the OD of the flywheel? There is a shop in pearland that specializes in Cad/cam milling, but I can ask if they also have a manual.

Let me get some more technical details. I all I see online (preliminary search) is removing 16 oz from either side of the ignition pick up or what ever the raised section is called.
