if they get the tag number and it's yours, your responsible for the ticket. I think it's up to the judge wether you get points added for running the light. Hopefully you were going to fast for the camera, like a smart street assasin would.

I don't think that it hurt with insurance. The city puts it there to generate more revenue and cut down red/yellow light runners like you.

I'm a DPS certified Habitual Traffic Offender, but one thing that really me off is red light running.
And failing to use turn signals.

I hate putting on turn signal on lanes marked turn only. Is that bad? I only used turn signals when I move into next lane and there is a car really close to me. If I see that car creeping up and not let me in, then F*&^ it I speed up and change lane without the signal.:laughing6

I was refering to cagers. When I'm moving at a decent clip on the freeway and some dipsh*t on their cell phone just moves right on over in front o' me I hate that. I wouldn't even care if they cut me off as long as they put on the blinker.

They're mainly there for money. City concluded that increasing the yellow light by .75 seconds reduced red light runners significantly but they still opted for those cameras. Guess where the priorities are at.
